The Importance Of Having A Healthy Breakfast


There is an old saying, “Eat Your Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper”. This saying stands true even today. As a matter of fact, 25 percent of the day’s calories are supposed to come from breakfast.

Why is breakfast so important?
